Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

• Account details. Your email address, username, and a hashed password. We never store your password in readable form.
• Files you upload. Stored on Cloudflare R2 along with the file name, size, and format.
• Usage data. When someone opens a link we record the time, a one-way hash of their IP address, and a device identifier. We do not store raw IP addresses.
• Payment details. If you subscribe to Premium, payment is handled entirely by Razorpay. We receive only a payment reference and never see your card or bank details.
• Payout details. If you request a withdrawal, we store the UPI ID or bank details you provide so we can pay you.
• Telegram. If you connect a Telegram account, we store your Telegram user ID and username.

Why we collect it

To run your account, host and deliver your files, count views accurately, prevent fraud and duplicate counting, pay publishers correctly, and respond to abuse and copyright complaints.

How long we keep it

Raw view records are deleted automatically after seven days; only aggregate totals are kept. Account details are kept while your account is open. Files are kept until you delete them or they are removed following a valid complaint.

Advertising

Pages shown before a file opens carry advertising from third-party networks. These networks may set cookies or use similar technologies to select and measure ads. Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy policies, not this one. Premium subscribers do not see advertising.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share only what is necessary with the services that make the platform work: Cloudflare (file storage and delivery), Razorpay (payments), Telegram (bot messaging), and our advertising partners. We also disclose information where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and everything in it. Send the request through our contact page from the email address on the account. We respond within 30 days.

Children

This service is not intended for anyone under 13. If we learn that an account belongs to a child under 13, we delete it.

Security

Passwords are hashed, connections use HTTPS, and file access is granted through short-lived signed links. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
